How to buy AI implementation without funding a demo
A buyer's guide to scoping useful automation work and knowing what should exist when the project ends.
A polished demo can make almost any automation look finished. The useful question is what your team will own when the engagement ends.
Scope the work around one operating problem. Name the trigger, the handoffs, the exceptions, and the result you expect. Decide who inside the company can approve changes and answer process questions.
The delivery should include working automation in agreed accounts, test cases, failure alerts, and documentation. If the project changes customer communication, your team should also approve the exact rules and templates.
Ongoing support can make sense once the system is running. It should cover named responsibilities such as monitoring, improvements, or new workflows. A vague monthly promise to keep exploring AI is hard to evaluate.
