Google Business Profile setup that aims for calls
Categories, photos, services, and message handling for local operators who live on phone leads.
Google Business Profile is often the first sales page a local customer sees. Treat it like a landing page, not a listing you filled out once in 2019.
Pick the most accurate primary category, then add secondary categories only when they match work you want. Write the services in the same words customers use when they call.
Keep the phone number, hours, and website current. Add photos of completed jobs and the crew when you can. Ask for reviews after jobs that went well, and reply to the ones you get.
Turn on messaging only if someone will answer. A dead chat is worse than no chat.
When Profile and the website tell the same story, customers waste less time and your tracking gets cleaner.
